What could have been differently?
SCOTUS could have been not corrupted by corporate bribery, and allowed Gore to become president, since he was actually elected. From there, there would have been cognitively competent people in the white house, so warnings may have been heeded preventing 9/11. But, as the excuse for 9/11 was a continuation of a holy war, by installing an enemy of impoverished Islam, it probably would have no longer been intended to even occur, thus also not ever happened.
